Al Chile! is an authentic, medium-sized, Mexican restaurant/café/bar featuring a large indoor playground area with an incredible amount of available toys. Two couches are located directly next to the playground, which is ideal for the parents of toddlers. This is definitely one of the most kid-friendly restaurants in Vienna with a very cozy ambiance. Smaller portions are intentionally served to allow for the experimentation of various specialties, and most dishes are also available in tapas or tasting-size for appetizers or for kids. Most dishes can be prepared mild or hot, according to one’s wishes. Al Chile! is also popular as a café/bar offering several varieties of original Mexican hot chocolate (with or without milk), freshly squeezed juices, coffee, alcohol-free cocktails, and more. Also provided are desk games for bigger kids and adults and books to read or exchange. Every Sunday (except June-August), babysitting is provided in English, German, and Spanish, for a fee. Regular adult and kid events are advertised on the Facebook page or via their newsletter.
