Baumgartner Casino Park is a very large playground in a nice little park in Vienna´s 14th district of Penzing. It´s composed of several fenced-in play areas featuring plenty of playground equipment. Its unmistakable landmark is the giant viking ship, Penzing 1, designed in accordance with the wishes of Penzing´s children and youth parliament. It offers plenty of options for climbing, sliding, hiding and playing. Additional highlights of the Baumgartner Casino Park Playground are the flying fox, the trampoline, and the pirates-themed play area with plenty of climbing nets and climbing facilities, swings, slides, swinging animals, a sandpit, and palm trees. For sports fans, the park offers a football pitch, a basketball court, table tennis, and skatepark.
