Feuerwehr Wagner is one of Vienna´s most kid-friendly Heurigen (traditional Viennese wine tavern). Located on the edge of Grinzing wine village, where a former firefighting station used to be, it attracts both guests from the area as well as tourists. The Feuerwehr Wagner is extremely popular with families for featuring one of the best outdoor playgrounds you can find in a Vienna restaurant. Besides swings, it includes an interesting climbing installation with a slide, and even a flying fox! Austrian cuisine and traditional Heurige dishes, are provided, as well as a menu that changes monthly with the seasons and a house wine. Food must be ordered at the counter, with table service provided for drinks. You’ll also find a large outdoor garden and several spacious indoor rooms suitable for meet-ups and celebrations.
