Kongresspark is a splendid, large park with several playgrounds in Ottakring, Vienna’s 16th district. The Kongresspark is easily one of the prettiest neighborhood parks in Vienna. Kongresspark boasts a giant climbing installation, several smaller climbing installations, a barefoot sensorial parkour, and a climbing car, to name some of the many genuine highlights. Other highlights include balancing equipment, somersault bars, wooden cars, a slide, and a sand pit. Swinging options are countless, including a swinging boat, various types of swings, a seesaw, several nests, swinging animals — you name it. Last but not least, Kongresspark is also popular for its sports facilities — be it the football pitch, slackline, a basketball court, or the vast open area often used for various workouts and even kite-flying. And did we mention the Kongressbad bath?
