Waldmüllerpark is a beautiful large park with multiple playgrounds that boast several exciting playground and leisure facilities in Favoriten, Vienna’s 10th district. For first-time visitors: chances are that you will be so surprised and your children so excited by the many facilities available here that you will want to return to this rather uninspiring neighborhood again, just to visit the Waldmüllerpark. We even dare to say that the giant slide is one of the coolest in Vienna. Other highlights at Waldmüllerpark include a flying fox, a giant climbing installation, balancing equipment, and somersault bars. Common playground facilities, such as a sand pit, a slide, swings, or a seesaw, are not missing either. Parents with toddlers will love plenty of its unusual toddler-specific equipment, including a baby castle, baby swings, baby slides, and more. The park is also loved by sports- and dog-lovers, since there’s a football pitch, table tennis, a volleyball court, a basketball court, as well as a nice dog area here.
