Brandauer Schlossbräu is a spacious, traditional beer restaurant with its own brewery in Hietzing, located in the beautifully-decorated biedermayer building, on the premises of what used to be Vienna´s last dance hall. The food is traditional Viennese and Austrian with Central European and German influences. Inside, there´s a small play area with a TV and plenty of space for prams. Outside is a lovely huge inner court with a guest garden that seats 300 people. Though the ambiance is classy, the atmosphere is relaxed. The restaurant is located close to the entrance to the Schönbrunn Palace Gardens, which makes it perfect for a nice walk in the park or a convenient lunch place when you´re visiting some of the Schönbrunn attractions, like the Schönbrunn Palm House, the Desert Experience House, or the Marionette Theater Schönbrunn Palace.
