The Library Café WU Wien is a trendy, yet cozy, café located on the campus of the University of Economics of Vienna, within the imminent vicinity of the Prater Park, the Prater Amusement Park, and the Wien Messe exhibition center. It´s a relaxed place with an eye-catching design made mostly of glass and concrete, if you can believe it! Their must-try is their coffee specialties based on their proprietary coffee roast, though you will have to order them from the self-service bar counter. They also offer some snacks and several daily dishes. Featuring a spacious chill-out area and comfortable seats, there´s a nice outdoor summer garden with plenty of space for kids to run around because the campus area is traffic-free. Alternatively, try a takeaway latte and head straight for one of the many cool playgrounds in nearby Prater, like the Prater – Jesuitenwiese (Ranch Playground), the Prater – Arenawiese playground, the Prater – Affenspielplatz (Monkeys´ Playground), or the Prater – Meiereiwiese playground.
