Alter Bach Hengl is the biggest heurige in Grinzing in the 19th district. It features over 1,000 seats, divided into several traditionally-decorated rooms and a nice guest garden with old trees. You have the option to choose from their traditional heurige buffet with hot and cold dishes, or from an a la carte menu. A kids’ menu is available as well. There is no dedicated kids´ area or playground, but the restaurant is still very popular with families, especially those with family celebrations like christenings or anniversaries.
