Ferdinand Wolf Park is a large, beautiful park with a cool forest playground in Vienna’s 14th district of Penzing. Sure, the park is just a fraction of the size of the Lainz Game Reserve, which is located very close by, but it’s still big enough to be perfect for a day trip, going hiking, or family cycling. Ferdinand Wolf Park boasts a flying fox, a trampoline, a giant slide, a giant climbing installation, and several climbing houses, just to name some of the highlights. Besides those, it features a sand pit, a slide, swings, a football pitch, a basketball court, a dog area, and even a kite-flying area. Last but not least, Ferdinand Wolf Park is also great for small picnics thanks to the picnic tables and a drinking-water fountain available here.
